WCEF-WI Clerks Education Fund

The Wisconsin Clerks Education Fund (WCEF) of the Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Association was established to promote the education and professional development of municipal clerks throughout Wisconsin.

By supporting training opportunities and scholarships, the fund helps municipal clerks strengthen their knowledge, maintain high professional standards, and provide efficient and economical services to their elected officials, municipalities, and residents.

Every contribution helps fund scholarships for WMCA-approved educational programs, conferences, and training opportunities in support of the Association’s mission:

“To be the premier source for the personal empowerment of municipal clerks in Wisconsin through education, professional development, and the promotion of excellence.”

Ways to Support Clerk Education

WMCA Conference Scholarships

The WCEF scholarship program helps WMCA members attend approved training programs and conferences. As donations and investment earnings grow, the WCEF Committee is able to provide additional educational opportunities for municipal clerks across Wisconsin.

Scholarship applications for the 46th Annual WMCA Conference are due by July 1.
