Clerk-at-Heart

The Clerk-at-Heart membership shall be available to retired Active Members with ten (10) or more years of WMCA Membership, who served in Wisconsin, and who remain interested in the mission and objectives of the WMCA, or to individuals granted exceptions as approved by the Board of Directors..  

        - Section 2.4 of the WMCA Constitution -

The Clerk-at-Heart membership is exempt from membership dues.
